I operate a small business and found I needed a good CRM system to keep track of all the leads and customer interactions I handle a daily basis. I researched several CRM software, and finally settled on Zoho because of its ease of use, and because I felt it would effectively serve my needs as I expand in the future.
After finding I was unable to set it up optimally on my own, I started looking for a consultant I could pay to set it up for me. I found several recommended consultants on the Zoho.com website, and emailed many of them with an explanation of my needs. Since so much technology work is outsourced to overseas countries, including India, I was very open to hearing what Golden Lion Consulting might provide. I emailed Arnab, and received a swift and thorough response, along with a very reasonable price quote. After a couple more emails to answer additional questions, I decided to work with GoldenLion.
The result was excellent. Absolutely five stars. I emailed him a list (and explanation) of everything I needed the site to do, and they did the rest. The work was completed quickly, exactly to my specifications, and for a very good price. In addition to setting up the site, his fee also included a couple of hours of one-on-one training via Skype, which was crucial for me. (I in fact used a small digital video camera set up on a tripod to record it to later review, which works out great because I have two screens on my computer, and can have the video up on one screen while I'm working on the other). Arnab is an excellent teacher, and explained everything in a thorough, systematic, and friendly manner.
One big point about hiring a consultant is that it doesn't matter where that company is, since everything is done via the internet. My primary reason for choosing GoldenLion was the price, but on top of that I had a feeling they would do a very good job setting up and personalizing my Zoho account, and that I would be treated with respect and courtesy. They met my expectations on all levels, and I enthusiastically recommend to anyone wanting to optimally set up their Zoho account.
I expect to be working with GoldenLion in the future as my needs increase. I give them my highest recommendation.

Wow, any angst was for naught. The experience has been extraordinarily positive. They are smart, patient and really, really important is they understand the needs of the travel industry. We didn’t have to bring them up to speed – they designed the Travel Agency version with the background of an informed travel company.

We came across GoldenLion by recommendation from Zoho team. Initially I did not believe their ability to fulfill my requirement for a Custom made CRM as I was extremely worried about implementation part, having had a bad experience in the past with other companies when it comes to implementing the CRM. However during my first interaction with them I could sense a great understanding of professionalism and hence to test their ability in practice I signed up with them not for CRM but for my other requirement which is New website for my business. Meanwhile I also took some live demo sessions for CRM but did not give them my confirmation as I was still skeptical about the same. Couple of weeks later I received my first set of design layouts for my website and trust me I was literally moved by the work and I had tears in my eyes as the design of my dreams had been prepared by GoldenLion team. That was it and i instantly gave them confirmation on CRM as well.
Important to note here, that building CRM is not an easy process and it requires a lot of patience and persistence by the customer as there are always chances of communication gap between expectations and delivery. However again The team at GoldenLion did not let that happen. Implementing a CRM system is like growth of a child into an adult, requires work for at least 4 to 5 months from the time of implementation but the end result is a beauty. We can now send quotes, invoices, do vendor reservation sitting at our home on our cozy beds.
In short I would say that GoldenLion is helping me achieve my dreams and they are putting their full weight on our road to progress.

In the last 20 years of our journey, we have worked on two CRMs, initial few years on Microsoft Dynamics and majority of the years on Salesforce. While working on Salesforce over last 10 years, it was very difficult to keep researching for multiple apps to address our business needs and keep paying to increasing number of apps for different solutions.
