  3. Navigate to Mass Delete– After the desired module is selected and the records to be deleted are filtered. You can select the records that are to be deleted individually or in bulk by checking the box before each record.

  4. Initiate Deletion– Once you have selected the filtered records and located the “Actions“ dropdown menu, choose the “Delete” option. There will be a pop-up on the screen asking for confirmation to delete the records. Click “Delete” to confirm the action.

Step 1- Selecting the Module

Mike will start with selecting the module containing the records that he wants to delete. Here Mike would like to delete the Inactive Contacts which is more than one year old.

Now apply filters based on which Mike would like to narrow down the records that he wants to delete.

As shown below, Mike has applied the following filters:

  • Created Time- Before January 1, 2023 (i.e. contacts older than one year)
  • Status- Inactive (i.e. the contact status is Inactive)

Step 3- Select Records to be Delete

Now that Mike has selected all the records that are to be deleted, navigate to the options on top and select “Actions”.
